Located in Weyburn, Saskatchewan this building is a 80’x 120’x 18′ Stud Frame commercial truck shop with a 28’x 66′ two story office space attached to the front. The shop is separated into two individual 60’x 80′ spaces. Each space has one drive through bay and two drive in bays. The building is heated with in floor heat throughout and a quick recovery unit heater in each shop space. The 2 separate main floor office spaces consists of a lobby, two offices, and a washroom. Also a mechanical room and 3 piece bathroom are accessible from the shop. the 2nd floor  consists of  two offices, a boardroom, a full kitchen, and a 3 piece bathroom with a washer/dryer.
