Located in Oxbow, Saskatchewan this is a 120’x 132’x 20’ stud- frame commercial shop, offices, wash bay and storefront. Built on grade beam over pile foundation. This Shop is 80’x 132’x 20′. It has a 60′ mechanics pit, and a separate 30’x 20′ parts room. The building has in floor heat throughout along with separate furnaces and hrv’s in each office space, and a quick recovery unit heater in the shop. The washbay is 20’x 132’x 20′. This facility is set up with a state of the art commercial washing system which recycles the water through a process of settling as well as contaminent filtration. This area also has quick recovery radiant heat tubes, and an hrv to deal with humidity levels .  The office space includes 3 offices, a reception area, 2 washrooms, a locker room, and an employee kitchen. The storefront consists of a store for the wash bay customers as well as a public washroom and shower room. There are  4 separate offices, a lobby, and washroom for future use.
